BLUFFTON – Marcia Ann Coppler, 67, died on December 21, 2021 at the Meadows of Kalida. Marcia was born on November 16, 1954 in Bluffton to the late Merrel Dwight and Margie (Basinger) Geiger.
Marcia graduated from Pandora-Gilboa High School and attended Ohio State University – Lima Brach. She was a housewife and had previously worked at Putnam County Sentinel and Jan’s Children’s Shop in Findlay. Marcia was loved by all animals and loved baking, the visual arts and loved to sing and play in high school and college. She was a person of unique kindness, compassion and empathy.
Survivors include a daughter, Lara (Brandon Smith) Bolton of Eden Prairie, Minnesota; one son, Christopher Coppler of Bluffton; one brother, Craig Geiger of Columbus, Ohio; one sister, Natalie Geiger of Pandora; four grandchildren, Graham, Kieran, Lark and Nico; several nieces and nephews and a dear friend, Tom Fitzgerald of Findlay.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
