Estes, a 20-year industry veteran with 8 years at Open Sky Group, is known for her leadership in training, testing and supporting warehouse management system implementations, bringing a positive attitude and energy assignments that help teams fully engage in projects. She regularly devotes extra time to hearing concerns, answering questions and sharing ideas to encourage those who work alongside her and to ensure that every member of the team feels valued and heard.

Ganapathy has worked on the technology side of business for over 25 years, the last 15 in the supply chain. His skills in managing, building and supporting large global teams have resulted in numerous project successes over the years; Hema is passionate about increasing the visibility of her successful team members. She leads with empathy, is forward-thinking and strives to positively impact the lives she touches.
